JUSTIN HALE, CEO
Justin has several years of security experience holding numerous job titles and working in multiple settings. Justin served 9 years in the United States Army where he was assigned to many specialized units that were deployed around the globe receiving numerous commendations for his hard work and dedication to his country. Justin was a manager for a large security company in Hawaii covering a wide variety of federal contracts along with numerous local clients. As a manager he was directly responsible for over 200 security officers and managed over 26 contracts. Justin also has served as a manager for one of the largest security companies in Northern California, maintaining over 18 different patrol accounts and supervised several officers throughout the region. Prior to opening the doors to CSI, Justin spent two years as the Director of Security for a foreign ambassador to the United States protecting over an estimated 500 million dollars worth of assets. Justin was required to work closely with the State Department, Secret Service, and Executive Protection professionals from around the globe. During this time Justin would organize last minute “highly trained” Security teams to protect numerous high profile guests as well conducting background screening on all temporary employees that were required to accommodate such guests. This position also required last minute coordination of flights, lodging, transportation, logistics, and issuing the required gear for each Executive Protection agent. Justin exudes the experience and leadership that is essential to providing a quality and highly professional security service.
BRENT W. JAGGER, Vice President
Brent retired from the United States Army after 20 years of decorated service. During his tenure in the Army he planned and executed numerous military operations numbering in the hundreds of personnel and millions of dollars worth of equipment, coordinating with foreign governments and allied forces to accomplish sophisticated and dangerous tasks. With numerous combat and peace keeping deployments Brent has gained real world experiences necessary in implementing proactive security solutions. Along with Brent’s tactical experience he has over 10 years in Human Resource Management; he has brought expertise in recruiting, interviewing and training the most qualified security agents around. Brent was directly responsible for implementing safety protocols and risk management for over several separate governmental offices spread throughout the United States.
CRAIG SJOERDSMA, COO
As a retired Law Enforcement officer Craig is directly in charge of operations within the company. Serving as a Deputy Sheriff in multiple states Craig has a wide knowledge of experience working with the community and employees. After serving as a Deputy Sheriff for several years Craig is a direct liaison between our company and local law enforcement agencies. During his law enforcement career he has received training and certification in SFST (DUI detection), Multi-jurisdictional Counterdrug Task Force training, Human Trafficking, Reid interviewing and Interrogation, Harassment/Diversity training and Identity Theft training, just to name a few. While serving as a Peace Officer, Craig was awarded the Life Saving Award from Eagle County Sheriff’s Department in February of 2007 for his dedication in the efforts of protecting a life. As many officers are trained to protect lives fortunately only a few are put to the test and as a result Craig relied on his training in order to save a life. Along with Craig’s law enforcement career he has over 6 years of security experience with the United States Air Force where he was responsible for flight-line and airplane security. Craig has received several commendations for his hard work and dedication to his job and his country through the United States Air Force. Craig brings a high level of experience and knowledge to the CSI team and with that is directly responsible for the overall operations for Citadel Security.
ROBERT BEYER, Courthouse Security Operations
Recently retiring from law enforcement Robert held numerous positions including the responsibility of setting up courthouse security for the entrance into federal buildings. During his several years as a Sheriff’s Deputy Robert was assigned to the detentions center. During the years of 2004 to 2008 Robert was assigned as Detentions Jail Sergeant responsible for several different operations within the detentions center.
