Event Security Officers
Our uniformed event security officers are trained to act as a criminal deterrent by adopting the principals of the C.P.O.P (Community Police Officer Program) methodology. Simply put, our officers are encouraged to be an approachable source of information to customers, staff, and community. Letting the public know that we are there for them generates a feeling of community and safety.
Uniform
CSI believes that having security officers in a professional uniform gives a sense of safety for all event staff and attendees. By adapting to the law enforcement dress code our officers are neatly groomed and are only allowed to wear a minimal amount of jewelry. Our officers are dressed in a black button up shirt with the company patch on both shoulders and a security badge on the left breast pocket. Each officer will also wear a black hat with a CSI badge on the front, black tactical footwear, black belt, and tan pants. CSI also separates our management from our officers by having each manager wear a company polo with Citadel Security on the left breast pocket.
Each officer is equipped with Motorola programmable UHF 16 channel radio along with surveillance ear piece for areas where the outside noise makes it difficult to hear the radio.
